We have been lucky enough to win some fantastic awards this year for our cheese, and we wanted to create a selection to celebrate them!

NORTHUMBERLANDIA (300g)

Our newest cheese has won itself some lovely awards this summer, including a Silver from the Artisan Cheese Awards for best newcomer and a Silver at the Great Yorkshire show in the Speciality Cheese catagory. This is a crumbly, slightly acidic cheese, and it is creamy with a pleasing saltiness. Its beautiful black wax makes it a stunner on the cheese board.

BRINKBURN (600g)

Pasteurised Goats' Milk

Vegetarian Rennet

Brinkburn has the most awards in our trophy cabinet, picking up a Gold award at the International Cheese Awards last year and a Gold award at the Dumfries and Locherbie Awards this year. We are extremely proud of this goats' cheese: different from the usual soft cheese, it has a fantastic harder texture, and beautiful notes of coconut, and earthy notes from its mould-ripened coat.

REIVER (300g)

Pasteurised Cows' Milk

Vegetarian Rennet

Our founder's favourite, Reiver won a First Prize for a farmhouse cheese at the Bakewell show, and it was commended at the International Cheese Awards, which were both held this year. Reiver is wonderfully rich, meltingly mature, with an autumnal feel.

REDESDALE (115g)

Pasteurised sheeps' Milk

Vegetarian Rennet

Redesdale is our sheep's cheese, which is so wonderfully fresh! It is a creamy cheese, with an intriguing tang. It won a First Prize at the Bakewell show this year.
