What better way to truly understand how our delicious Northumberland Cheeses are made, than by spending an hour in our shoes (or wellies to be precise!). Our friendly and experienced cheesemakers will share with you the story from the moment the milk is delivered directly from the farm, through the churning, molding, brining, maturing, and packaging until that great moment when the cheese is in your hand. An experience like no other; step behind the scenes and take the chance to understand what it means to be truly local and completely traceable. Please note: tours are only available Monday to Wednesday and are subject to cheese production.
Afterwards, enjoy the fruits of our labour in the coffee shop, where you will be given the chance to sample the cheeses you have seen handmade and tempt you in to enjoy our infamous cheese soup.
Option 1: Dairy Tour and Cheese Tasting Experience followed by a bowl of Cheese Soup and a Sandwich £25.00
