Northumberland Nettle cheese 600g is a cows` cheese, our bestselling cheese which is deliciously creamy Gouda-style cheese made richer with the addition of real nettles. Please note that Nettle is more mature at the moment.
Elsdon goats' cheese 150g Elsdon is made with goats' milk from a single herd in Yorkshire. It is hard-pressed, and it has a closed texture. It is a beautiful pure white colour, and it has a delicate flavour, with a refreshing tang as the end note. The cheese is matured for approximately 3 months. 2023 won a 1st at Mid-Somerset Show.
Northumberland Chilli cheese 150g Northumberland Chilli cheese is for those who want to try something a bit different. Perfectly balanced, with the creaminess of Original cheese, and a flourish of chilli, this cheese has a building warmth which has a kick in the end. It is delicious with crackers, but also makes the perfect topping for a tortilla, or try paired with chorizo in a toastie.
