There is an adorable story behind the quails' eggs which we have in the Cheese Loft Shop, and we had to share it with you...
The quails eggs in our shop are produced by a company called Williams and Williams, which was set-up by Grahame Hope. Grahame was a pigeon fancier, and his granddaughter wanted to help him. Unfortunately, the little girl's hands were too small to handle the pigeons. Grahame then decided to invest in some quails, so that his grand daughter could handle them. Isn't that so lovely?
Quails eggs are on sale in the Cheese Loft Cafe for £2.25 for a box.
