Brinkburn, our mould-ripened Goats' cheese, is stealing all of the limelight at Northumberland Cheese this year! It has just won Gold at the Guild of Fine Food World Cheese Awards, for hard-pressed goats' cheese. We were overjoyed with this accolade! Following the success of the 30th birthday party last year, Northumberland Cheese Company are holding another open day at their Cheese Farm to mark the closing of the summer.
