Farming... here is where cheese making all begins. We are extremely lucky to be based on the Blagdon Estate:not only is it a beautiful location, but we can also source our cows' milk from the farm on the estate. Brinkburn, our mould-ripened Goats' cheese, is stealing all of the limelight at Northumberland Cheese this year! It has just won Gold at the Guild of Fine Food World Cheese Awards, for hard-pressed goats' cheese. We were overjoyed with this accolade!
